Ingredients:-
Chicken wings
Salt
Sugar
Corn flour
Rice flour
Water
Directions:-
- Marinated the chicken with salt, sugar, pepper, corn flour and abit of water (make it like a thick batter) for at least an hour or more in the fridge.
- Before deep fried, add rice flour and water to the chicken wing to make it coated with a thin layer of batter.
- Deep fried the chicken wing over high heat deep fried till it turn light brown colour (about 8 min).
- Before serving, deep fried all the chicken wing again over high heat oil till it turn darker brown. Drip oil the chicken wings over kitchen paper.
Notes:-
- Second deep fried is to make it crispier and also to ensure the chicken is well cooked.
