Crispy Chicken Wing

All time favourite dish for my family. What about you?

Ingredients:-
Chicken wings
Salt
Sugar
Pepper
Corn flour
Rice flour
Water
 
Directions:- 
  1. Marinated the chicken with salt, sugar, pepper, corn flour and abit of water (make it like a thick batter) for at least an hour or more in the fridge.
  2. Before deep fried, add rice flour and water to the chicken wing to make it coated with a thin layer of batter.
  3. Deep fried the chicken wing over high heat deep fried till it turn light brown colour (about 8 min).
  4. Before serving, deep fried all the chicken wing again over high heat oil till it turn darker brown. Drip oil the chicken wings over kitchen paper. 

Notes:-
- During deep fried, turn the chicken wing only when the batter has harden.
- Second deep fried is to make it crispier and also to ensure the chicken is well cooked.
