Black Bean Chicken Feet Soup 黑豆鸡脚汤

Boiling soup is easy but time consuming. Usually, I will get ready all the ingredients and throw into a big pot of boiling water and let it boiled for 1 - 2 hours.
 
Ingredients:-
1 packet of back bean soaked for half an hour 
20 pcs chicken feet (trimmed the nails)
20 pcs red dates washed and soaked for 15 min
2 pcs sweet corn cut into large pieces
1kg pork bone (you may blanched the pork bone to remove impurity)
 
Methods:-
Boiled a large pot of water and add in all the above ingredients and boiled over low heat for at least 2 hours or till the black beans and chicken feet soften. Add salt to taste. Serve hot.
