Deep Fried Onigiri!
Cooked japanese rice mixed with rice vinegar, sugar, tuna, mayo, white & black sesame seed.
Shaped the rice mixture into your desired shape, coated with egg wash, then flour mixture and deep fried till golden brown.

Olive Garlic Rice and Black Pepper Smoked Duck
One Pot Rice included olive vege, mixed vege and minced garlic.

AF Spring Chicken and One Pot Rice
Marinated the chicken with salt, sugar, pepper and curry powder.
Put in fridge uncovered overnight. This is to dry up the skin, so that when roast the skin will be crispy.

I am using EuropAce Airfryer using rosti function.

Fried Rice
Loose up and cool down the rice. Set aside. (Best to use overnight rice)
Stir fried the egg first and set aside. (seasoned with light soy sauce, pepper & sesame oil)
Stir fried the chopped onion with some cooking oil and then add in bak kwa (cut into small pieces), add light soy sauce and pepper and continue stir well for about 1 min or till the chopped onion soften and fragrant.
Add in the rice and mixed evenly well the ingredients with the rice.
Add in some sambal chilli and stir well. (optional)
Lastly add in the fried egg and continue stir evenly.

Christmas Eve Dinner
Olive Rice & Roasted Five Spice Chicken with Sweet Corn, French Fries & Lady Finger!!
==Roasted Five Spice Chicken==
Marinated the chicken with salt, pepper & five spice powder and put in fridge overnight uncovered. (this is to let the skin dried up so that when put to roast/airfry the skin will be crispy)
Airfried @ 195 degree for 60 - 90 min or till cooked and the skin is crispy.
==Olive Rice==
Cooked the rice as usual and after the rice is cooked add in olive vegetables and mixed evenly.
==Sweet Corn==
Steamed the sweet corn kernels over high heat for 20 mins. Added salt and butter for taste (optional).
==Lady Finger==
Steamed lady finger over high heat for 5 - 8 mins. Added salt and pepper for taste.

Tomato Rice
Currently, whole tomato rice is very popular. So I have did my own creation of whole tomato rice also.
Basic ingredients:

2 cups pre washed rice
4 cup water and removed 6 tbsp water (for the water amount of tomato)
1 whole tomato (removed the stem)

3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp olive oil
You may add in any ingredients you like and adjust the water accordingly.
