Cold Tofu with Century Egg

Cold Tofu with Century Egg and Pork Floss Topping
I used this Extra Smooth Silken Tofu

This is a simple cold dish. I have chosen extra smooth silky tofu.

Tofu remove straight from the packaging and place on a serving plate.

Mixed a sauce of 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 1 tbsp hot water. (you adjust the sauce accordingly to your liking,... but the sauce will usually taste abit salty as the tofu is bland)

Pour the sauce over the Tofu and garnished with Century egg, pork floss and chinese celery.
You can place in the fridge for awhile before serving it cool.
