White Radish Soup


White radish soup
All ingredients ready for cooking
Dried Scallop & Dried Oyster
Preserved Meat
Dried Cuttlefish
Pork Meat
White Radish
Put all ingredients into slow cooker and on high
mode till it bubbles and turn to low/auto mode.
After 6 - 8 hours, radish has soften, add salt to taste.

Ingredients:
1 big white radish
1 medium dried cuttlefish
7 - 8 pcs small dried scallop
4 - 5 pcs dried oyster
1 small pc preserved meat
300g pork meat
2 litre hot water
Salt to taste

Put all ingredients into the slow cooker and on high mode till it get bubbles and turn to low/auto mode.
