Stir Fried Ginger Chicken

Stir Fried Ginger Chicken

This is one of my favourite childhood dish. Simple and easy to cook.

Ingredients:
2 chicken thigh cut into large pieces
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoon minced garlic
4 - 5 sliced ginger
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 cup water
Cooking oil

Directions:
Marinated the chicken with oyster sauce and corn flour for 30 min.
Heat oil over high heat and saute ginger till fragrant, add in minced garlic and saute till garlic turn slight brown.
Add in chicken and browned both side of the chicken.
Add water and simmer for till the sauce thicken.
Dish up and serve hot.

Note: You can have more gravy sauce as the sauce goes well with rice.
