Cold Tofu with Century Egg and Pork Floss Topping |
I used this Extra Smooth Silken Tofu |
This is a simple cold dish. I have chosen extra smooth silky tofu.
Tofu remove straight from the packaging and place on a serving plate.
Pour the sauce over the Tofu and garnished with Century egg, pork floss and chinese celery.
You can place in the fridge for awhile before serving it cool.
