Simple Kway Teow Soup

This is a simple kway teow soup but just take some time to boil the soup, to soften the pig intestine.

Bring to boil a pot of water, add in minced garlic, shredded ginger, carrot and pig intestine. Over low medium heat, boiled the soup till the pig intestine soften.

Marinated the thin sliced pork with soy sauce, pepper, sugar, sesame oil and corn flour.

Add in the sliced pork and boiled awhile, add in cai xin and mini tomato.
