Butter Fruit Cake

Butter Fruit Cake
Ingredients:-
220gm self raising flour
250gm salted butter
150gm fine sugar
4 fresh eggs
4 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 box of mixed dried fruits
 
Directions:-
  1. Preheat airfryer at 180 degree for 10 min.
  2. Sieve flour and set aside. Coated mixed dried fruits with flour and set aside.
  3. Greased the baking tin with butter and then coat a thin layer of flour.
  4. Cream sugar and butter till yellowish white in an electric mixer.
  5. Add eggs gradually and vanilla essence and mix evenly.
  6. Add in sieved flour gradually and mix in evenly. 
  7. Slowly add in milk and mix evenly.
  8. Add mixed dried fruits and mix evenly.
  9. Pour mixture in the baking tin and bake over 180 degree for 45 min or till cooked.
