Butter Fruit Cake
Ingredients:-
220gm self raising flour
250gm salted butter
150gm fine sugar
4 fresh eggs
4 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 box of mixed dried fruits
Directions:-
- Preheat airfryer at 180 degree for 10 min.
- Sieve flour and set aside. Coated mixed dried fruits with flour and set aside.
- Greased the baking tin with butter and then coat a thin layer of flour.
- Cream sugar and butter till yellowish white in an electric mixer.
- Add eggs gradually and vanilla essence and mix evenly.
- Add in sieved flour gradually and mix in evenly.
- Slowly add in milk and mix evenly.
- Add mixed dried fruits and mix evenly.
- Pour mixture in the baking tin and bake over 180 degree for 45 min or till cooked.
