Airfried Char Siew

Marinated for at least 4 hours or best is overnight in the fridge with sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, hua tiao wine, pepper, dark soy sauce and red colouring (optional).

For airfried, 180 degree for about 30 - 45 min or till cooked and you are satisfied with the browned. Need to  flip over halfway and brush the sauce over the meat. 

For oven, put in preheat oven 180 degree for 10 mins then flip over and brush the sauce over and roast for another 10 mins and 200 degree for 5 mins to have it charred.

Tips: You can brush some honey over the meat when grilling to give a more tasty and shiny look.
