Airfried Pork Lard

The skin is so crackling and crispy!!
Sinful look but not oily at all as the fat has been burn out!! It is like eating the skin's of roasted pork.

Directions:-
Cut the pig's skin into tiny pieces and put into a stainless stain container.
Airfried for 30 min over 195 degree.
