Ingredients:-
900g whole chicken
Salt
Pepper
Honey
Potatoes
Carrots
Onion
Directions:-
1. Marinated the chicken with salt and pepper, then put in the fridge uncovered for overnight.
2. Take out from fridge and brush a layer of honey over the chicken and ready to roast. 3. For potatoes, carrots and onion, cut into large pieces and blanched for about 10 - 15 min or till half cooked. Drained and put together with chicken to roast.
