Gems done by Airfryer!!

Pickled Green Chillies & Cabbage

Wash and cut the veggie. Set aside.
Bring to boiled white vinegar, sugar, salt and water until sugar dissolved.
At this time you can tasted the mixture and adjust to your liking.
Cool down mixture before mixing with the veggie.
Store the soaked veggie in the fridge for at least a week before consume.

Sliced MiniTomato

Ingredients:
White fungus
Pear
Pandan leaves
Honey dates
Sweet & bitter almond 
Rock sugar 

All ingredients bring to boil over low heat for almost an hour.

Homemade Sushi

My first attempt making sushi. Look ugly but taste nice!

Unpolished Red Rice Mayo Tuna Sushi

ABC Nutritious Soup



Ingredients:
Potato
Carrot
Sweet corn
Yellow onion
Tomato
Chicken feet 
Pork ribs

Directions:
Put water to boil and add all the above ingredients and boiled over low heat for at least 1 1/2 hours or more.
Mashed some of the potato and carrot when it soften and continue to boil. (I like to do this as it will make the soup taste more concentrated)
Lastly add salt to taste.

Fish Soup Noodles

For the fish soup base ingredients included ginger, garlic, fish stock cube, fish sauce, hua tiao jiu, evaporated milk, sesame oil, salt and sugar. 

Heat oil in a pot and stir fried ginger and garlic till brown and fragrant. 
Add boiling water, fish stock cube, fish sauce, hua tiao jiu, salt and sugar. 
Let it boil for a few minutes, lastly add in evaporated milk.

Freshly Baked Lemon Cheese Muffin


(A) Dry ingredients:-
120g self raising flour
100g sugar
1 lemon zest

(B) Wet ingredients:-
2 eggs
100g melted butter
100g milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp lemon paste (optional)

(C) 1 sliced cheddar cheese (tear into small pieces)

Mixed (A) & (B) together, half fill the muffin cup then put in sliced cheddar cheese then fill the muffin cup into 2/3 full.

Aifried @ 180 degree for 20 min

Miso Garlic Pork Cube

Marinated with miso paste, light soy sauce, honey, chilli padi and minced garlic for at least 2 hours or more.
Airfried @ 180 for 20 -25 min


Turmeric Chicken Winglet

Marinated with salt and turmeric powder for at least 2 hour or more.
Airfried @ 180 degree for 20 - 30 min


Spaghetti in Chinese Style

Ingredients included Spaghetti, Carrot, Green Vege, Garlic, Mushroom, Canned Pork Belly and Oyster Sauce.

Mee Rebus

Dry Laksa

Ingredients needed laksa paste, thick bee hoon, beansprouts, tau pok, prawn, fish cake, coconut milk and laksa leaves.

- Blanched the thick bee hoon, beansprouts and tau pok then set aside.
- Stir fried the laksa paste till fragrant then add in laksa leaves, coconut milk and stir fried for a minute.
- Add a little water if the gravy too thick. At this time you can add sugar or salt to your preference.
- Add in fish cake, thick bee hoon , beansprouts, tau pok and prawn and stir fried evenly.
- Lastly serve hot and garnish with laksa leaves.

Airfried Dumplings

Airfried Dumplings @ 180 degree for 15 min and Dip in Black Vinegar! Yummy!! Yummy!!

I didn't spray oil at all. I pour the black vinegar straight onto the dumplings and let it soak in it. And because of this, the dumplings is not dry. The side skin is crispy and the middle is soft with black vinegar taste.

Fish Soup

First attempt cooking fish soup! Hubby loved it and drank two big bowl!

Soup base ingredients included ginger, garlic, red date, fish stock cube, fish sauce and hua tiao jiu.

Ingredients included grouper fish fillet, fish ball, meat ball, crab meat stick, carrot, tomato and cai xin.


Airfried Prata with Canned Pork Cubes

A lazy but delicious lunch. The Prata is crispy and the pork cubes is nice!
