Dry Laksa

Ingredients needed laksa paste, thick bee hoon, beansprouts, tau pok, prawn, fish cake, coconut milk and laksa leaves.

- Blanched the thick bee hoon, beansprouts and tau pok then set aside.
- Stir fried the laksa paste till fragrant then add in laksa leaves, coconut milk and stir fried for a minute.
- Add a little water if the gravy too thick. At this time you can add sugar or salt to your preference.
- Add in fish cake, thick bee hoon , beansprouts, tau pok and prawn and stir fried evenly.
- Lastly serve hot and garnish with laksa leaves.
