Cold Soba

There is no special recipe for this dish. The soba and soy sauce I bought them at Daiso. The Kikkoman soba sauce I bought it at NTUC.

Garnish with spring onion, seaweed and black & white sesame (optional).

Spring Onion is one o the most important
ingredients in this cold soba.

Add a mixture of soy sauce and kikkoman soba sauce.
Adjust the soup mixture to your likings.
But not too much of soy sauce as it is quite salty.
