Lotus Root, Black Beans, Groundnut & Chicken Feet Soup

This is our all time favourite soup. 

Ingredients: Serve 3 - 4 bowls
20 cm lotus root (washed and cut into big chuck)
1 sweet corn
1.5 cup black beans
1 cup groundnuts
10 red dates
1 cuttlefish
2 pcs soup bones    
6 pcs chicken feets

Directions:
Bring to boil a big pot of water, and put all the above ingredients to boil over high heat then boiled over low heat for at least 1.5 hours.
Add salt to taste before serving it hot.
