Deep Fried Pork Belly with Red Fermented Bean Curb aka 南乳炸肉

Marinated thinly sliced pork belly for at least half an hour with red fermented bean curb, sugar, light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, five spice powder, egg, corn flour & rice flour. 

Deep fried over high heat until cooked and crispy. About 20 minutes.
