Plum Sauce Spare Rib + Long Beans Omelette

Marinated spare ribs with oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper,
five spice powder, sugar, plum sauce, sesame oil
and corn flour for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Airfried spare ribs until browned on both side.
Put to rice cooker together with the marinated sauce,
and stewed for until soft and tender.
Take out the spare ribs and thicken the sauce
with corn starch.
Thereafter put back the spare ribs and stir coated
the ribs with the sauce.
