Ingredients:-
Hairy Cucumber (cut into as shown in pic)
Carrot
Shitake Mushroom
Tang Hoon
Dried Shrimp (minced)
Garlic (minced)
Water
Oyster Sauce
Methods:-
- Heat oil and sautee garlic and dried shrimp till fragrant.
- Add in mushroom, carrot and hairy cucumber and stir fried evenly.
- Add water and oyster sauce, simmer till soft and then lastly add in the tang hoon and simmer for awhile.
- Ready to serve.
