Ingredients:-
Chicken Boneless Meat (2 pieces)
Potato (cubed as shown in pic)
Carrot (cubed as shown in pic)
Garlic (minced)
Marinate:-
Light soy sauce
Sugar
Pepper
Sesame oil
Oyster sauce
Corn flour
Methods:-
- Marinated the chicken meat for at least 1 hour or more.
- Heat oil and sautee garlic till fragrant.
- Add in the chicken meat and stir fried till browned.
- Add in potato and carrot and water and simmer till soft.
- Add in corn starch to thicken the sauce if it is too watery.
- Ready to serve.
