Deep Fried Red Fermented Mid Wing


Deep Fried Red Fermented Bean Curb Chicken Mid Joint aka 炸南乳鸡中翅
Marinated the chicken with red fermented bean curb and some of the juice also, sugar, pepper, sesame oil, cooking wine, five spice powder and corn flour for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
Coated with egg wash, then flour mixture (plain flour, corn flour & rice flour) and deep fried till golden brown.
