Sumptuous Brunch

Black Pepper Drumlet


Marinate chicken drumlet with salt, sugar, pepper, sesame oil and chinese wine for an hour.

Brush black pepper sauce on chicken drumlet and airfried over 180 degree for 20 min. Turn over on 10 mins interval.

I am using EuropAce Airfryer.

Honey Crispy Drumlet


Marinate Chicken with light soy sauce, sugar, pepper, sesame oil, chinese wine and corn flour for an hour.

Deep fried chicken till crispy and set aside.


2 tsp honey
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 chilli padi (thinly sliced)
1 tsp water
Mixed the above ingredients evenly and coated the crispy chicken with the sauce evenly.

Braised Mutton

Braised Mutton with Tomato, Onion, Carrot & Potato for 2 - 3 hours over low heat.
Added Five Spice Powder, Salt & Pepper for taste.
